Born: Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Grew up in the suburbs of Chicago

Age started learning Horn: 9 years old

Degrees: Indiana University- Bachelor in Horn Performance, Rice University - Master in Horn Performance

Non-music degrees:  L1 CrossFit Trainer

Katie studied and took lessons on Horn for 9 years PRIOR to attending college
